The process of ML machinery
Waste plastic material(e.g. Film, fiber) is fed into cut compactor automatically by belt conveyor (roll-intake device is available to equip as option). In-feed rate is controlled via motor amperage of the cut compactor, therefore, there is no need for manual dosing by operator.
The material is then chopped, warmed, dried and agglomerated by the drum of cut compactor and is generated with best condition for extruder screw feeding. The degree of generating can be varied by adjusting the load on the shredding motor.
Once the material has been fed into the extruder screw, it is plasticized, the molten plastic is degassing by either atmosphere venting or vacuum venting system(option).
The molten plastic now flows through the screen-changer which is operated hydraulically, and leaves extruder screw through the discharge or die. Some waste plastic contains high percentage of moisture or heavy printed ink, in this case, second venting and plasticizing device. I.e. By utilizing baby extruder is highly recommended. On the request, self-clean back flush filter can be supplied as option.
The molten plastic is flowed and cut by hot face water ring pelletizer, delivered to centrifuge for drying. Then, pellet is delivered to discharge cyclone through suction blow(pellet classifier can be installed before the suction blower on request).
In addition to hot face water ring pelletizer, strand pelletizer and under watering pelletizer can be supplied according to process requirement(Please refer to diagram showing next page).
